What is DK Apparel?

DK Apparel is a Canadian-owned online store specializing in swinger and ethical non-monogamy apparel, accessories, fitness wear, rave gear, and lifestyle products.

DK Apparel was created after years of attending lifestyle resorts, clubs, social gatherings, and ENM events. We wanted to build a store where members of the community could find bold designs, subtle lifestyle symbols, humorous sayings, resort wear, fitness clothing, and event apparel in one place.

DK Apparel is operated by 2468145 Alberta Ltd. in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada.

What does ENM apparel mean?

ENM stands for ethical non-monogamy. ENM apparel includes clothing and accessories inspired by open relationships, polyamory, swinging, and the broader lifestyle community.

Our designs celebrate communication, consent, connection, freedom, humour, and personal expression.

Is your swinger and ENM apparel only for couples?

No. Our apparel is designed for couples, singles, polycules, and other adults who connect with the lifestyle community.

Customers wear our products at lifestyle clubs, resorts, cruises, private events, social gatherings, festivals, vacations, gyms, and in everyday life.

Are all your designs explicit?

No. DK Apparel offers a mixture of:

• Subtle ENM and lifestyle symbols
• Pineapple-inspired designs
• Bold swinger apparel
• Humorous lifestyle sayings
• Fitness and travel clothing
• Rave and festival apparel

Product titles, descriptions, and images help customers choose designs that match their preferred comfort level.

Is DK Apparel discreet when shipping?

Orders are shipped in plain packaging whenever possible. Exterior packaging generally does not identify the swinger or ethical non-monogamy nature of our products.

Because we work with different production and delivery partners, packaging may vary by product and fulfillment location.

Are your products made to order?

Many DK Apparel products are produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Production normally takes approximately 2–7 business days before shipping.

Production times may be longer during holidays, major promotions, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. Items from the same order may therefore arrive separately and have different tracking numbers.

Customers are not charged additional shipping fees because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

What sizes do you carry?

Available sizes vary by product. Many products are available in sizes ranging from XS to 5XL.

Customers should review the size information on each product page before ordering because measurements and fits can vary between products. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, consider selecting the larger size.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. Depending on the request, we may be able to provide:

What printing methods do you use?

Printing and production methods vary by product. Depending on the item, production may include direct-to-garment printing, embroidery, sublimation, or other professional printing methods.

Where does DK Apparel ship?

DK Apparel ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other supported international destinations.

Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown during checkout. If no shipping option appears for an address, we are currently unable to deliver that product to that location.

Not every product can be shipped to every country.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Estimated delivery times after production are:

• Canada: approximately 5–15 business days
• United States: approximately 3–10 business days
• United Kingdom: approximately 5–15 business days
• Other international destinations: approximately 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, holidays, carrier interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available, customers receive a shipping-confirmation email containing their tracking information.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after a shipping label is created.

What is your return and refund policy?

Quality-related return requests must be submitted within 10 days after tracking shows the order as delivered.

Eligible products must be unworn, unused, and returned with their tags and original packaging. Only products with verified quality issues are eligible for return.

Swimwear, undergarments, candles, blankets, gift cards, discounted products, and personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping expenses unless otherwise confirmed by DK Apparel. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

To report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, email lsapparel.dk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs when applicable.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Because many products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after production begins.

Are customs charges included?

International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, taxes, or processing fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by DK Apparel.
